Dr. Jennifer Doudna presents the history of CRISPR genome editing and the potential it holds.  She discusses her groundbreaking 2012 Science paper and how multiple collaborations where needed for the discovery of the CRISPR/Cas9 mechanism.  Looking to the future Doudna talks about how CRISPR technology can be used in agriculture, medicine, and biofuel production.  At the end of the lecture Doudna takes questions from the audience.
